Proposal Process

  • The Request for Proposal is detailed in its specifications (see Appendix A).
  • Along with prices, proposals specify the quantity and quality of media, interactivity, and content.
  • Winning solution is judged on quality of firm's work, strength of company, dedication to customer service, price, and quality of proposal itself.

Project Management

  • Vendor is providing a single point-of-contact project manager.
  • Weekly progress meetings are held.
  • Detailed project schedule is created and routinely reviewed.
  • A prototype is created, tested, refined, and finalized early in the development process.
  • Major content changes are made in scripts and storyboards.
  • Development process parallels the Instructional Systems Design process.
