Millennial
& Boomer Focus a Bunch of Bull?
My
links in the last
issue to articles about the Gamer Generation and retiring
Boomers got me a lot of mail, including this from Adam Bauser
of Bauser
Media:
Ten
years ago everyone was writing the same kind of bs about
gen x, then it was gen y, then z, lost generation, etc.
So, the youngin's like to play videogames? I know let's
change all the fundamentals of education and business to
compensate for their miniscule attention spans and fast
twitch speeds. Crap I say. It's way too simplistic.
And
please.. spare me any more whining about how society is
going to fall apart when the baby boomers retire. Are we
really supposed to believe that the only capable, experienced
people in America are over 50? We'll probably be happy to
see a lot of that workforce go.
What
do you think?
