Kevin's e-learning experience comes from over a decade of work leading teams that build effective technology-based training solutions. Kevin built a successful e-learning services company which he sold to Kenexa in 1997. Over the years clients have included Merrill Lynch, Coca-Cola, DuPont, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Delta Airlines, and dozens of others. Kevin's e-learning projects have earned awards from the ASTD, ISPI, and Brandon Hall among others.

Kevin is the author of Technology-based Training: The Art and Science of Design, Development and Delivery (Jossey-Bass, 2000), and contributing author to What Smart Trainers Know (Jossey-Bass, 2001) and Active Training Techniques (Jossey-Bass, 1999). Kevin has contributed many articles to ASTD's Learning Circuits and he has been interviewed by many leading publications including T&D, Training, Online Learning, Upside, Corporate University Review, Selling Power, Focus, Multimedia Training, HR Magazine, and Human Capital.

Kevin is a popular professional speaker who has presented at events for ASTD, ISPI, SPBT, SHRM, e-HR Future Show, HR Leadership, as well as for the private meeting planners IIR and CBI.
